Terms of use and sale
Last updated: 15 October 2026
Draft under legal review. Questions: support@pallascode.com.
These terms apply between you and WLS - Soluções em Informática Ltda (CNPJ 28.688.256/0001-52), Rua Pinheiro de Ulhoa Cintra, 364, Jardim Popular, São Paulo - SP, 03673-000, Brasil (“we”), for the PallasVPN app and its licenses.
Purchases
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Paddle’s buyer terms apply to the purchase itself.
The license
- A license is a yearly subscription that renews automatically until cancelled.
- Each license may be active on 2 Macs at the same time. Team purchases give one license per seat; each seat is for one person.
- While the subscription is active you get every new version. If it ends, you may keep using, forever, the versions released before it ended. Versions released later need an active license.
- The license is personal (or, for Team, for your organization’s members) and may not be resold, shared publicly or used to circumvent the 2-Mac limit.
Free trial
The trial lasts 14 days, includes every feature and is limited to one per Mac. It requires an email address. When it ends, the app needs a license to connect.
Refunds
You can ask for a full refund within 30 days of a purchase or renewal by writing to support@pallascode.com or replying to your Paddle receipt. A refunded license stops working. This doesn’t limit any right of withdrawal you have under consumer law in your country.
Cancelling
Cancel any time from the Manage subscription link in your purchase email. The license stays active until the end of the paid period.
Beta program
Beta versions are test software, provided as is, without warranty, and may contain bugs that affect connectivity. Beta licenses are personal, non-transferable, valid on 1 Mac, and free during the beta. When the beta ends, beta testers keep using the last beta version they received, forever, and receive any thank-you offer we announce by email.
Acceptable use
Use PallasVPN only to connect to networks you’re authorized to access. You’re responsible for following your organization’s policies and the law. Don’t reverse engineer the license system or remove license checks.
Open source
PallasVPN includes open source components under their own licenses (OpenConnect: LGPL 2.1; OpenVPN: GPL 2; snx-rs: AGPL 3.0; wireguard-go: MIT). Nothing in these terms limits your rights under those licenses. The full list, with licenses and source code, is in the app: PallasVPN → Open Source Components.
Warranty and liability
We work to keep PallasVPN reliable, but it’s provided without warranty that it will be error-free or compatible with every gateway configuration. To the extent the law allows, our total liability is limited to what you paid for the license in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing here limits rights you have as a consumer that can’t be waived.
Trademarks
Fortinet, FortiGate, FortiToken, Check Point, Microsoft, Azure, Entra, WatchGuard, OpenVPN and WireGuard are trademarks of their respective owners. PallasVPN isn’t affiliated with or endorsed by them; their names describe compatibility only.
Changes and law
We may update these terms; changes apply from your next renewal and we’ll tell you by email. These terms are governed by the laws of Brazil, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence.
