Questions

Which Macs does PallasVPN run on?
Macs with Apple silicon (M1 or newer) running macOS 14 Sonoma or later. Intel Macs aren’t supported today: the VPN engines inside the app are built for Apple silicon only.
How does the free trial work?
Download the app, choose Start Free Trial and enter your email. You get 14 days with every feature on that Mac, and we email you 3 days before it ends. No card needed.
What happens if I don’t renew?
Your license keeps working with every version released before it expired. Newer versions ask you to renew. You never lose access to the version you paid for.
How many Macs can I use?
Each license works on 2 Macs at the same time. To move it, choose Deactivate This Mac… in License… on the old Mac first. How to activate and move a license.
Can I get a refund?
Yes. Write to support@pallascode.com within 30 days of the purchase and we refund it in full.
What do you collect about me?
Only what licensing needs: your license key, a hashed identifier of your Mac, its name and language, and your email for the trial and purchase. Your VPN profiles and passwords never leave your Mac. Privacy policy.
I lost my license key.
Enter your purchase email on the key recovery page and we send your keys again.
Is PallasVPN made by Fortinet, Check Point or Microsoft?
No. PallasVPN is an independent app that speaks the same protocols as their gateways.

Why the aegis

The aegis is Athena’s shield. At its centre sits the head of the Gorgon that Perseus gave her, set there to turn away whatever threatens; the Greeks put the same face on shields, temples and coins as protection. To be under someone’s aegis is to be under their protection. That is why it is the symbol of PallasVPN: the guard at the entrance of every network you reach.
